These terms are the agreement between you and VITA (made by Siddharth, an independent developer in India) for using the VITA app. By creating an account or using VITA, you agree to them. Please read the health part carefully.

1. Not medical advice

VITA gives general fitness, running and nutrition guidance. It is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, and nothing in VITA is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Check with a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication.

Injury care plans in VITA are general information found online. They don't replace a professional who has examined you.

Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call 112.

2. Train at your own risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose the weights, speeds and effort, use good form and safe equipment, and are responsible for your own safety, including on roads while running.

Calorie, macro, recovery and burn numbers are estimates. Your real needs can differ.

3. The AI coach can be wrong

VITA's coach is an AI. It can misunderstand you or make mistakes. Check anything important, and use Undo if it changes something you didn't want.

Don't use VITA's answers as a substitute for professional advice.

4. Who can use VITA

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

Give true details when you sign up, and keep your phone and account to yourself.

5. Fair use

Don't misuse VITA: no breaking or overloading it, copying or reselling it, using it to harm anyone, or sending the AI coach illegal or abusive content.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

6. VITA is free, and it will change

VITA is free right now and is still being built, so features may change, pause or end. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you the price clearly before you pay anything.

VITA is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your data on the phone can't be lost.

7. Ownership

The app, its design, plans and content belong to VITA. Your data belongs to you, and you let us use it only to run VITA for you, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Recipes link to their original sources, which belong to their owners.

8. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, VITA and its maker are not responsible for injuries, health problems, or indirect losses that come from using the app or following its suggestions. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using VITA any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@getvitaapp.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll ask you to agree again in the app.

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of India.
