Is VITA free?
Yes, VITA is free right now. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you the price clearly before you pay anything.
When can I download it?
VITA is being tested on iPhone and Android right now. Email us if you'd like to join the test.
How do I change my plan?
Tap the four dots at the bottom right and tell VITA what you want, for example "move Friday to Saturday" or "I only have 30 minutes today". You can also change your answers on the You page.
Does VITA work with my watch?
Yes. On iPhone, connect Apple Health (where your Apple Watch saves its data). On Android, connect Health Connect. VITA only reads your sleep, heart rate, steps and calories.
Is this medical advice?
No. VITA gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. Please check with a doctor before starting a new plan, especially if you have an injury or health condition.
