Delete your data

You can delete everything VITA holds about you at any time. There are two parts.

1. Data on your phone

Your workouts, runs, meals, photos, watch data and chats with VITA are stored on your phone.

• In the app, open the You page (top right), then tap Start over and Delete everything.
• Or simply delete the app from your phone.

2. Your account

Your account details (name, mobile number, email and the answers you gave when you signed up) are stored in VITA's database. To delete them:

• Email hello@getvitaapp.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
• We'll confirm and delete your account and all data linked to it within 30 days.
